ONE Defect Workflow
ONE simplifies the recording and update of anomaly information, by replicating existing company workflows and data requirements into a simple single database system, which is used by all users via their web browser.
Typically, Offshore Inspection Engineers will raise and update anomaly records themselves in ONE online, uploading supporting reports and photographs to accurately detail the defect; then use the system notifications to alert others by email.
See example of how to add a defect in ONE>>
Onshore integrity engineers review each defect and assign required actions and timeframes to create a clear route to close out. ONE produces reports to keep track of all required tasks and action parties to ensure that actions are not missed and timeframes are met.

ONE has quickly become a key tool for integrity engineers with shutdown, repair and replacement, monitoring and painting work scope requirements available with the click of one button for any or all defect records.
