iQIntegrity ONE enables comprehensive recording of data for anonalies, defects and issues in a logical and straightforward format.

Add Defect

  1. Choose Date of creation
  2. Classification of Issue (optional): Anomaly, Defect, Critical Defect
  3. Discipline type, eg: Structural, Pipework, Vessels or Mechanical
  4. Corrosion Circuit or System number
  5. Installation Area, such as module number
  6. P&ID drawing number
  7. Isometric drawing number
  8. functional location, eg: 1m from bend
  9. Description of the defect/anomaly/issue
  10. Pipeline number
  11. Vessel number
  12. Line ID sequence
  13. Line Pressure
  14. Shutdown requirement, eg: unit, water injection or production
  15. Material composition of defect, such as carbon steel or stainless
  16. OIE recommendation
  17. Location notes
  18. Access requirements, eg: foot & floor, staging, scaffold

Defect Details

  1. Safety Critical: Yes/No
  2. Leaking: Yes/No
  3. Insulation: Yes/No
  4. Heat Traced: Yes/No
  5. Defect Type: External, Internal or Both
  6. Damage Found: select any or all of (example) types: Corrosion, Physical Damage, Vibrations, Insulation Damage etc
  7. Select Equipment type: eg Pipework, Secondary Steelwork, Valves, Flooring, Handrails etc
  8. select Component of that Equipment type: eg within Pipework select Reducer, Straight, Bend or Tee
  9. Defect description comments

Search: Basic (all filters may be combined)

  2. Find monitored MCDR’s: Yes/No/Both

  7. Hydrocarbon fluid defect: Yes/No (as defined in Corrosion Circ)
  8. Leaking: Yes/No
  9. Shutdown Requirement: Unit, Full, Water Injection, Production etc
  10. Action Party: eg Engineering, Maintenance etc
  11. Task Type: Replacement, Monitor, Temporary Repair (selection alters options in Date Range for filters)
  12. Date Range, from and to.
    Also additional selections to search within date based fields within Tasks, as set by Task type. For example, select Task type Temporary Repair and then select a date range and Deviation Expiry as the element to search on.
  13. Order Results by: default is by Reported Date/Descending and then by MCDR number/Descending – this shows the most recent records at the top. Example alternate settings may be list by Line ID, Module or Complete by Date.
  14. Export function to save result set as csv spreadsheet file
  15. Workpack option to export pdf formatted versions of the MCDR result list

Search: Advanced (all filters may be combined)

  1. Safety Critical: Yes/No/Either (Either = Yes or No)
  2. Leaking: Yes/No/Either
  3. Insulation: Yes/No/Both
  4. Heat Traced: Yes/No/Both
  5. Find Closed MCDR’s: No/Yes/All (both closed & open)
  6. Defect type: External/Internal/Both: Ext & Int/Either: Ext/Int or Both
  7. Damage Found: single/multi-select or all
  8. Equipment type/Component: example list all MCDR’s with all Pipework equipment types, or sub select only Pipework/Bends to limit response.
  9. Order Results by: default is by Reported Date/Descending and then by MCDR number/Descending – this shows the most recent records at the top. Example alternate settings may be list by Line ID, Module or Complete by Date.

Reports

Summary Report

Lists standard generic reports to display pre-formatted results for expired repairs, upcoming monitor/inspections, expiring deviations, records not yet reviewed. And selection of highlight reports to illustrate critical events upcoming, with results displayed pre-filtered in the main search page.

Action Party Report

Displays tasks allocated per action party, with indicators to establish when the tasks will fall due to be complete and how many are overdue, based on task complete by dates.

Monthly Summary

A cross section of data highlighting trends in key performance, automatically calculated at month end.
