About iQ Integrity
iQ Integrity Ltd was formed in 2009 to develop an innovative on-line defect assessment and management system. This addressed a need to ensure anomalies on oil and gas platforms are managed safely and effectively, by removing historic spreadsheet information to a modern database system.
The resulting ONE asset integrity management system is a single interface workflow and process solution operated through a web browser, enabling defect management with a straightforward task structure to assist with the lifecycle remedial actions across all types of anomalies.
ONE is built on the collective experience of these industry professionals and our many years of expertise in software development, client solutions and service management.
The application is hosted within a Tier 2 secure datacentre on a server cluster operating with 2 mirrored appliances protected by a managed firewall. Each appliance consists of a web server and a database server, served by a load balancer with a failover backup.
All data transfers between the user and the application are encrypted in transit. Each client has a logically, separate directory structure per implementation.
